  1. *The limited warranty is ONLY applicable in the country or territory where the Product was purchased from an authorized retailer/reseller and excludes any product that has not been purchased as new or is obtained as a result of the purchase of a non-Creative product.

    2. Back up all data.
  3. Return only the product or accessories required as indicated on the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). Other accessories which are not part of the warranty return will not be replaced.
  4. As part of the warranty return process, a “warranty-void” or “warranty-expired” fee will be imposed on products that are damaged by the user or are out of warranty respectively.
